Upon receipt of your order Stussi Sport will process & ship your product within 2 business days. For store pick-up orders we will contact you to arrange a pick-up date and time. In the event of pricing errors of products posted on the website you will be contacted with confirmation of the proper price prior to your order being processed.

In the event that we are permanently out of stock of a clearance item ordered, you will be notified via email within 3 business days. An alternative item of equal value will be recommended for your consideration, or a refund issued upon your request.

We currently offer online ordering to customers in Canada and the United States only. All shipping is via Canada Post. Estimated delivery times:

The limit of each dimension is 200cm (78.74 in), the maximum length plus girth cannot exceed 300cm (118.11 in) and the maximum weight is 30 kg (66 lb). For orders surpassing these dimensions additional shipping charges may be applicable. For International customers who wish to make a purchase, please email us with the item details for a shipping quote. Any attempts to avoid proper shipping charges when placing your order will result in a cancellation of your order and an immediate refund being issued(less processing fees).

Any equipment purchased from stussisport.com has a 1 year Manufacturer's warranty against defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or abuse of equipment.

Please contact us for clarification, explaining the exact nature of the problem. If it is determined to be a Manufacturer's defect, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number. Send the equipment prepaid and insured via post. We will upon inspection of the returned item, at our discretion, either fix or replace the equipment in question and return it to you as promptly as we can.
